Email Template Management
Email template management is different to other services we offer as it involves responding to emails as they come through live to an employee’s inbox.
We have a number of clients in Dubai and London who make use of this service. Sports Consultancy in London and Dubai have hired a full-time employee through Source Administration, to send responses for business development strategies they have in place.
Templates created by Sports Consultancy are initially sent to their proposed clients. Depending on the response, Source send the follow up for the initial email. Our administrators then gage whether they can use an additional template or hand the interaction over to one of Sprots Consultancy’s advisors.
Source Administration basically use a "Bot" like approach to interaction but using a real human. This process will be useful of any client who wishes to send business development material.
